Printhive ships all over India. Here's exactly how your order makes its way to you.

1. Production Timeline
Because every order is custom-printed, there's a production phase BEFORE shipping. Here's what happens:

Total typical timeline: 5-10 business days from payment to delivery. Complex Ultra-tier orders or bulk corporate orders may take longer โ we'll always communicate timelines upfront.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Weight: Heavier orders cost more to ship
- Destination: Metro cities are cheaper; remote areas cost more
- Speed: Standard is included; faster options coming soon
Typical ranges:
- Within Delhi NCR: โน40-80
- Major metros (Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, etc.): โน60-150
- Tier 2/3 cities: โน80-200
- Remote areas / Northeast: โน150-300
3. Where We Ship
We ship to all 28 states and 8 union territories of India. Some remote pincodes may have longer delivery times.
International shipping is not currently available, but we're working on it. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when this launches.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- An email with the tracking number
- A WhatsApp message with the same info
- The tracking number visible in your account at My Orders
Use the tracking number on the courier's website (we use Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post depending on destination).
5. Couriers We Use
We pick the best courier for your specific delivery based on speed and reliability:
- Delhivery โ most metros
- Bluedart โ premium / fast options
- DTDC โ broad coverage
- India Post โ remote pincodes
- Local couriers โ Delhi NCR same-day options coming soon
6. Delivery Attempts
Couriers typically attempt delivery 2-3 times. If you're unavailable:
- They'll leave a slip with their local office address
- You can call them to reschedule
- If delivery fails completely after 3 attempts, the package returns to us โ we'll contact you to redeliver (additional shipping charges may apply)
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If the package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the box AND the damaged item
- Submit a return request within 7 days (see Refund Policy)
- We'll send a replacement or full refund at our cost
If the package is lost in transit:
- Email us โ we'll trace it with the courier
- If confirmed lost after 15 days, we send a replacement at our cost
8. Address Changes
You can change your delivery address only before the order moves to "Packed" status.
- Email or WhatsApp us with your order number and new address
- If we've already shipped, you'll need to coordinate with the courier directly
9. Order Status Updates
At every stage, we'll send you both an email AND a WhatsApp message:
- Order Placed โ payment received, awaiting verification
- Payment Verified โ moved into production queue
- In Production โ 3D printing has started
- Packed โ ready to ship
- Shipped โ with tracking number
- Delivered โ confirmed delivery
10. Holidays & Delays
Production and shipping pause on:
- National holidays (Republic Day, Independence Day, Gandhi Jayanti)
- Major festivals (Diwali, Holi โ usually 2-day pause)
- Sundays
We'll announce any extended pauses (e.g. annual breaks) via email and on our homepage.
