Welcome to Printhive

Printhive is a brand owned and operated by Saurabh Raturi, based in Delhi, India. By using our website (printhive.org) or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. About Our Products

Printhive sells 3D-printed products in 4 categories:

Paint Your Own kits — unpainted 3D-printed figures shipped with paints and brushes, for you to paint at home.
Pet Tags — custom 3D-printed pet tags with QR codes linking to a profile page.
Product Library — ready-made 3D-printed items in chosen filament colors.
Corporate — bulk 3D-printed items for businesses, with optional branding.

All products are made-to-order. We don't hold stock — your order is printed specifically for you after payment is confirmed. This means typical delivery times of 5-10 business days depending on complexity.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website:

You agree to provide accurate delivery and contact information.
You agree to pay the full amount displayed at checkout, in Indian Rupees (₹).
Your order is only confirmed AFTER we verify your UPI payment proof.
We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason, including suspected fraud.

3. Payments

We currently accept payments via UPI only. After placing an order, you'll receive a UPI QR code and our UPI ID. You must:

Pay the exact amount shown
Upload a screenshot of the payment
Enter the UPI transaction ID

We verify all payments manually within 1-24 hours. If we can't verify your payment, we'll contact you via email or WhatsApp.

4. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST. Prices can change without notice, but any price change won't affect orders already placed. We do our best to keep prices accurate but reserve the right to cancel orders if prices are listed incorrectly.

5. Production & Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, your order moves into our production queue. Typical timelines:

Production: 3-7 business days (we print your specific items)
Shipping: 2-5 business days within India

We'll send you status updates via email and WhatsApp at each stage. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Custom Orders

Some products (Pet Tags, Paint Your Own kits with custom names, Ultra tier figures) are personalized for you. These items are:

Non-refundable once production starts
Made to your specifications — please review your order carefully before payment
Not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective

7. User Accounts

You can create an account on our site to track orders, manage pet tags, and request returns. You're responsible for:

Keeping your password secure
All activity on your account
Providing accurate contact info

We use Firebase Authentication. We never see or store your password.

8. Pet Tag QR Codes

Pet tag QR codes link to a profile page hosted on our site. By using this feature, you:

Authorize us to display the information you enter (pet name, your phone, etc.) on the public profile page
Are solely responsible for the accuracy of the info displayed
Can update or delete the info anytime via your account
Understand that scans are not tracked beyond a counter

9. Intellectual Property

All content on printhive.org — including product designs, images, text, logos, and 3D models — is the property of Printhive unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any of it without permission.

If you upload images (e.g., your pet's photo, payment screenshots), you grant us a limited license to display and store them as needed for your order.

10. Limitations of Liability

Printhive is a small business. We'll do our best to make every order right, but:

We're not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or force majeure events.
Color/finish may vary slightly between your screen and the actual product.
Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for it.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delhi.
